Eight-year-old Angie lived her entire life with the same family until they went homeless and in such a heartbreaking situation they had no choice but to surrender her to a local shelter.

She is completely housetrained and knows several obedience commands including: sit, down, stay, come, speak and go-to-bed.  She is eager to please and loves to learn.

She is very laid back and seems content to lay by her human’s feet waiting for a friendly pat.  She lived with elementary school aged children in her original home.  She has not been around cats.

She prefers human attention to the companionship of other dogs, so a forever home where she could be the only dog would be ideal for her.
