Zeplin is a three year old VERY FRIENDLY and sweet
fawn neutered male Mastiff rescued from a shelter in
SC. He is very thin, at only 110 pounds but will be
gorgeous when well fed and healthy.
You can see by his sweet expression what a gentle
boy he is. The fear and confusion of being in a
shelter with all of that noise, odor and concrete is
very traumatic to most Mastiffs who are a quite
sensitive breed. The gratitude they feel when
rescued from such situations is HUGE.
Like most Mastiffs that we rescue from shelters,
he had obviously not received his heartworm preventative-
so he is heartworm positive and will be treated for
heartworms before he is available for adoption.
Zeplin apparently will escape from chain link
fences so does require a privacy fenced yard.
