Zoe is a female Mastiff of around six years of age.

She was found wandering late at night with a female lab mix. They both had collars on but no tags & no microchips.

The good samaritan that saw them, picked them up & took them home.

They both were emaciated & had horrible skin issues. She advertised in the paper & could not locate their owners.

She called SSMR & she is currently in a foster home.

Zoe is doing well, gaining weight. She is utd on vax & is now spayed.

She is hw + & is starting her hw treatment. more information about her coming soon.

She has had something happen to her jaw in the past as it is crooked (perhaps an untreated fracture) & her tongue hangs out most all of the time. Sadly this is a common injury in dogs who have been kicked in the mouth at some point although we have no way of knowing if that is what happened to her, she tugs at the heartstrings a good bit when you see her smile.

We think she is about 6 or 7 years old.
